Eric Bradley - Managing Director

Eric first set up Eric Bradley Builders back in 1965, operating from his own premises in Etton, and very quickly established himself within the farming industry throughout the area. He became renowned for constructing new agricultural/farm buildings and is still very much involved with many of those same clients today.

By the mid-1970's, Eric had expanded the business into new, larger premises (still in Etton) where the company remains today, to accommodate a new joinery workshop and machine shop. This resulted in Eric developing the business further into new residential building/major refurbishments and local authority work in schools and colleges.

In 1991 the company changed its name to Eric Bradley Construction Limited with Eric as managing director - a position he maintains to the present day.

Jamie Philipson - Commercial Director

Jamie joined Eric Bradley Construction in December 2002 as a Quantity Surveyor. As Commercial Manager, he now overseas project and cost management of all our building contracts. Jamie has 20 years extensive experience of working in the industry including working with the Local Authority on renovation of schools and public buildings.

Ben Rozenbroek - Director

Ben started his bricklaying apprenticeship with Eric Bradley Construction in June 2006 before being appointed Development Manager in September 2009. He is now responsible for the company's marketing strategy and advertising campaigns, including re-designing the web site and launching the company promotional video.

Richard Crone - Health & Safety/Training Officer

Email:

Richard started his employment at the company as a site joiner in September 2000, and in 2002 was appointed our ‘in-house’ Health and Safety Officer. As CDM-Coordinator on all our major building projects, Richard has been responsible for the implementation of many new systems which have assisted in maintaining our excellent safety standards. Richard is also responsible for the continual development of the company`s employees through our ongoing training programmes.

Mally Pardoe - Steel Fabrication/Cladding Manager

Mally joined the company in January 1985 and has managed the steel fabrication workshop since 1995. Our large workshop is capable of producing steelwork ranging from bespoke, ornate railings through to large structural steelwork used in warehouse construction. Mally’s long-established position means that he has built up a strong working relationship with many of our clients.

Chris Elvidge - Quantity Surveyor

Chris is a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator and joined us in June 2007. He prepares quotations and budgets and is also involved in general contract administration and customer/contractor liaison. Since joining our team, Chris has been responsible for the financial management of one our most prestigious and complex builds.

Elaine Leach - Office Manager

Email:

Elaine joined us in November 2000 and is responsible for providing effective administration services and support to the company's directors and managers, and oversees the accounting and payroll departments. Elaine is often the first point of contact for clients and her friendly and professional manner means that everyone can experience a good service right from the first enquiry.

Site Managers

Wayne Cropp - Site Manager

Wayne joined Eric Bradley Construction in September 2008 and immediately made a big impact on one of our largest complex builds. He is responsible for supervising a large workforce, including sub-contractors, on one of our most prestigious sites. Other responsibilities are calculating, measuring and ordering of materials, ordering and use of hire equipment, client meetings and dealing with enquires plus making sure that the working environment is up to Health and Safety Regulations.

Mark Slater - Contracts Manager

Mark started out at the company as a bricklayer in January 1996 and worked on a number of complex builds using bespoke craftsmanship and dealing with unique materials. In 2001 Mark was appointed Contract Manager managing an array of trades and designers. Mark also looks after the health and safety conditions on site and is popular with the clients because of his sound knowledge and endless patience.

Pete Emery - Site Manager

Pete was employed in August 2005 as a bricklayer. With plenty of experience behind him he was appointed Site Manager and is now involved in planning and Supervision of our tradesmen and sub-contractors working on refurbishment and new build projects. Pete has also been liaising with clients, suppliers, safety officers, local authority, architects and designers.

Vince Kneeshaw - Site Manager

Vince started at the company in July 1997 as a joiner and is now Site Manager with experience of working on restorations, new builds and structures that require a lot of attention to detail. Vince is held in high regard not only with his colleagues but also by our clients, who have commented on his ability to exceed expectations. Vince has been liaising with clients, suppliers, safety officers, local authority, architects and designers.

Paul Clark - Contracts Manager

Paul started his apprenticeship in joinery with Eric Bradley Construction in June 1983, straight from school. He is one of our longest serving employees and has been managing major sites since 1995. Paul’s quiet and hard work ethics have earned him an excellent reputation for client satisfaction and respect from his work colleagues.

Lee Bradley - Site Manager

Lee has been with the company since August 1982 and is another of our longest serving employees. Lee specialises in the civil engineering contracts, working with our major college, schools and industrial clients.

Paul Leason - Site Manager

Paul started work at Eric Bradley Construction as a joiner in April 1996 and is now one of our Site Managers. He is involved in the planning and supervising of numerous trades and sub-contractors on refurbishment and new build projects. Paul has been liaising with clients, suppliers, safety officers, local authority, architects and designers.
