The Eric Bradley Construction Golf day was held at Hull Golf Club, Kirk Ella. There was a high standard of golf and the winning team One Stop Golf produced an AM-AM score of 132 and clinched 1st prize by 1 shot. 2nd & 3rd were East Riding Power Tools and Palmer Hunt Electrical, thanks again to everyone who supported the first EBC golf day.

The idea for Restoration & Beyond was sparked by Christine Pearce and Paula Smith in October 2008. Having both worked together for the previous 11 years as directors of a successful training company, they knew that they had what it takes to turn this idea into a reality. On the weekend of the 20th & 21st of February 2010 Eric Bradley Construction attended an exhibition at London's Olympia 2. Run by The Listed Property Owners Club, the event provided practical advice, ideas and inspiration for current and prospective owners of period properties.

The number of visitors at the show was a pleasant surprise to everybody; with 5743 registrations over the 2 days but more importantly the quality of the audience was outstanding with visitors from as far a field as Devon and Cornwall, North Wales and Scotland. At the same time there was a number of commercial developers and multi owners looking for advice and suppliers.
